Shipping policy

USPS First Class Shipping with Tracking is $3 to $4 to all US locations (up to 15.9 ounces). Orders greater than 15.9 ounces will ship via USPS Priority Mail (up to 4 lbs).

We offer free USPS First Class shipping on all orders of $35 or more. 

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) starts at $7.50 and includes $100 of insurance. UPS Ground and Air options are available (rates vary). We do not charge any handling fees. Priority mail, overnight and express shipping guarantees are provided by the shipping companies, and governed by their current shipping policies. 

We will pack and ship your order within 1-3 business days of receipt of your order. We are a home-based business, so exceptions may apply. In such cases, we will notify you and offer a refund of shipping charges paid by you. 

Orders can only be shipped to the address provided by you at the time of ordering. Please ensure accuracy of your shipping address to avoid delays or to avoid non-delivery of your shipment. Thank you for ordering with us.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email from silverstarjackets@gmail.com immediately after you place your order. This email will contain all your order details, including your order number. If you do not receive an order confirmation email from silverstarjackets@gmail.com, it means that your order was not placed with us or at our website. 

Shipping Notifications: You will receive notifications on the day the order is scheduled to ship, on the day  the order is out for delivery in your city, and after the order is delivered. These notifications are sent via the email address you provide, or via text message (if you provide a phone number).
